It started in my body
I learned this first through my own body. In my early twenties, while working in London as head of a creative office and art director, and trying to keep up with a life that looked successful from the outside, my body started saying no through unexplained pain. After months of visiting different doctors, it turned out to be stress-related IBS.
I felt lost and without energy until someone recommended yoga and five minutes of meditation a day. I had nothing to lose, so I started. Yoga and meditation were the first doors back to myself. They helped me understand that my body was not betraying me; it was asking me to listen. After months of suffering, it took only two weeks of mindful practice and movement to finally feel pain-free.
From corporate life to a path of trust
I left the conventional path, became self-employed through design and tattooing, trained in yoga, breathwork and hypnotherapy, and spent years studying plant medicine and ceremony. I lived in the Brazilian Amazon and learned deeply about its ancient traditions and the importance of integration.
Why I created this work
After years in deep healing spaces, I saw that real transformation does not only happen in ceremonies, retreats or peak experiences. It happens afterwards: in the way you speak to yourself, feed yourself, rest, set boundaries, trust your body and choose your next step.
The recoding audios are one part of the whole, there to maintain and remind. My mentorship goes deeper. It is for women who do not need to be fixed. They need to be held while they remember themselves.
