The 10 welcome minutes are issued once after account creation. After that, minutes come with an active monthly or yearly membership; they refresh monthly and do not roll over. Top-up packs can be bought any time from your membership page: 25 minutes €10 · 60 minutes €20 · 150 minutes €45 · 400 minutes €95. They never expire and stay in your account even if your membership ends.

Do I need to pay to create the first audio?

No. Create an account and receive 10 one-time minutes. No payment card is required for the free audio.

Can I buy extra minutes?

Yes. Top-up minutes can be bought at any time from your membership page, with or without a subscription. Purchased minutes never expire, and your monthly membership minutes are always used first.

Do yearly members receive all minutes at once?

No. The subscription is billed yearly, while the plan's minutes refresh monthly.

Can I change or cancel my plan?

Yes. You can change or cancel your recurring membership at any time from your membership page.

Are 1:1 sessions included?

No. Core and Deep include personalised guided audio minutes and your private audio library. 1:1 support is offered separately.
