Credits are used minute for minute. The 10 welcome credits are issued once after account creation. After they are used, credits are available only through an active recurring monthly or yearly subscription. Membership credits refresh monthly and do not roll over. You can also top up any time from your membership page: top-up credits are bought in packs (25 credits €5, 60 credits €10, 150 credits €22, 400 credits €50), they never expire and they stay in your account even if your membership ends.

Do I need to pay to create the first audio?

No. Create an account and receive 10 one-time credits. No payment card is required for the free audio.

Can I buy extra credits?

Yes. Top-up credits can be purchased at any time from your membership page, with or without a subscription. Purchased credits never expire, and your monthly membership credits are always used first.

Do yearly members receive all credits at once?

No. The subscription is billed yearly, while the plan’s credits refresh monthly.

Can I change or cancel my plan?

Yes. The offer is designed so users can change or cancel their recurring membership rather than being locked into a long commitment.

Are 1:1 sessions included?

No. Core and Deep include only personalized guided audio credits and the private audio library. 1:1 support is offered separately.
